Job Description:
· Maintains Relationships with Clients providing support, information and guidance with laboratory services. Researching and recommending new opportunities to current and prospective clients.
· Identify business opportunities, prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
· Develops Sales & Marketing Strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying clients and their current and future needs; monitoring competitors
· Maintains Quality Service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
