IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING
ENERGY LABORATORIES, INC. - BILLINGS, MONTANA
Energy Laboratories,
Inc.'s Billings, Montana facility has obtained laboratory certification
under the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Council (NELAC).
The certification covers a wide range of matrices including drinking water,
solid waste, clean water, air quality, soils, etc., in the analytical
areas of trace metals, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, whole effluent
toxicity (WET), etc.
As a result of this national certification, ELI is required to have on file the
list of clients that require NELAC certified analyses. This program
typically is identified in your permits and regulatory documentation.
Additional charges will be passed onto clients for NELAC reporting.
If you DO NOT require
this level of reporting you DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. This is our documentation
that you were notified.
If you DO REQUIRE
NELAC style and level of reporting you need to fill out the form following
this letter. The information required is located on this form
and ELI needs to maintain a copy on file so that proper NELAC reporting
is provided for your specified projects.
You will be seeing
changes in ELI's Chain of Custodies, analytical reports, and invoices.

please contact us.
